  • Large family

Documentation:
  1. Photocopy and original for certification of the D.N.I., N.I.E., or, where appropriate, the valid passport of all members of the family unit.
  2. Photocopy and original for your certified Family Book.
  3. Responsible declaration of income, duly completed, of all members of the family unit over 16 years of age and/or Income Statement.

In the case of a non-Spanish applicant-holder, the following documentation must also be submitted:

  1. If the applicant-holder is a Community or a national of the Member States of the European Economic Area, they must provide:
  2. copy of the valid and current passport or document of all members of the family unit
  3. copy of the document that certifies the relationship of the members of the family unit with the applicant.
  4. certificate of registration.
  5. If the applicant-holder is a foreigner, not from the EU, they must provide: a copy of the foreigner identity card of all the members of the family unit, a copy of the document proving the relationship of the members of the family unit with the Applicant person and certificate or flyer of registration of the members of the family unit.
  6. Supporting documents of special situations.

 

  • Card 65 and More

It is a free card and is intended for people over 65 who reside in any municipality in Andalusia. There are two modalities: Green and Gold.

With your card you can access services and discounts:

  1. Telecare, with a discount of 40%, 80% and up to 100%.
  2. Make interurban trips around Andalusia.
  3. Acquire your glasses, with a 30 to 55% discount.
  4. Acquire your hearing aid, with a 30 to 35% discount.
  5. Discounts on: hotels, cinemas, sporting events, monuments, theme parks...
  6. Access the Legal Guidance Service, totally free.
  7. Enjoy a Day Stay or Family Respite place.
  8. Access to the Canteen Service in the Day Centers (50% discount with the Gold modality).
  9. Request a Subsidy for the functional adaptation of your home.
Documentation:

  • Economic Aid for minors and Multiple Births.

Documentation:
  1. Photocopy and original for your certified DNI of the applicant.ç
  2. Photocopy and original for your certification of the complete family book.
  3. Photocopy and original for your certification of the income statement of the last year of all family members who appear in the register or responsible statement of income.
    Updated family registration certificate.
  4. Photocopy of the first page of the bank card.
  5. Photocopy and original of the documents of custody of minors/permanent or pre-adoptive foster care.
  6. Common-law couples must provide the corresponding registration in the registry of common-law couples.

 

  • Transport discount for people over 65 years of age

From the Social Services of the City Council of Coin, a discount will be made for those over 65 years of age to take the bus to the clinic.
